Meet the Team
Deepti Reddy is a civil engineering hiring leader with experience across construction project coordination, technical design, and strategic talent acquisition. With a background in site execution, compliance, and digital modeling, she brings a deep, field-tested perspective to building high-performing civil engineering teams.
At Orlok, Deepti leads the civil and infrastructure hiring practice—connecting firms with skilled professionals across structural engineering, project management, and site operations. She partners closely with clients in Canada and internationally to scale technical teams for residential, commercial, and public infrastructure projects.
Deepti has completed graduate coursework in Heritage Building Restoration at the University of Bologna and holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

Kanishka is a seasoned talent acquisition leader with over 16 years of experience in engineering, recruitment, staffing, and strategic hiring—specializing in the fast-moving technology sector. He has helped scale engineering and product teams across Canada, the U.S., and the U.K., particularly for companies transitioning from Series A to B to C.
At Orlok, Kanishka leads with a deep understanding of both the technical and human elements of hiring. His focus lies in delivering top-tier talent across artificial intelligence, robotics, and clean tech verticals.
Kanishka holds an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and a bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering.
